Yes. Our porcelain pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. For longer use, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft sponge and mild detergent.

We do not recommend exposing porcelain to sudden or extreme temperature changes. Please avoid direct heat, oven use, freezing, or moving a piece quickly between hot and cold conditions.

Yes. We ship from Korea to selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, order size, and package weight.

Domestic orders usually ship within 2–5 business days. International delivery times may vary by country and customs process. If your order requires additional preparation, we will contact you by email.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item, box, and packing materials. We’ll review the issue and help you with the next step.

Unused items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging.
